managing training programs, Curtis has taught leaders from
companies such as Phelps Dodge, AT&T, Siemens Westinghouse,
Ricoh Latin America, New Piper Aircraft, BHP, Harris and others.
Fluent in English, Spanish and French, he has conducted leadership
workshops in North America, Europe, Latin America, and Asia.
He
also teaches Global Leadership for Florida Institute of Technology's
graduate program in Industrial Organizational Psychology.

Cross-cultural Programs
Native
of Bogotá, Colombia, Patricia manages our cross-cultural
training programs. Patricia is also an experienced translator
and interpreter. Before coming to QLI, she developed language
training curricula, taught English as a Second Language, and
facilitated training workshops.
